James Twigg – Financial Director

James joined Orchid in 2000 as the Financial Director and quickly set about restructuring the financial and operational structure to allow the business to grow to the levels it is at today. James previously worked in different sectors including IT which allowed him to gain the knowledge and skills needed to drive the organisation forward. James is a CIMA qualified Chartered Management Accountant.

James' main focus is the running and financial set up of the business where he also plays a key part the marketing and future planning.

For me it’s very important that Orchid makes people smile. We work very hard to make sure everything we do in business is done as best as it can possibly be, however this has to be done with a smile on our faces and the overall result should be happy and content clients. We have a genuine belief in improving our service constantly and everyone’s focus is toward that goal. Winning IT Support Company of the Year was a very proud moment for me and is testament to every single member of our team. We couldn’t do it without them.
