Network Support

Full system monitoring with Vision

As part of the support agreement, Orchid IT will install monitoring software onto your network which will enable your systems to be monitored remotely and in real time so that technical issues can be identified, diagnosed and resolved more quickly. The system also provides a detailed inventory of your IT infrastructure including PC and server types and configurations. The monitoring software is unobtrusive and allows Orchid IT to provide a far greater level of support to its customers.

Build Management

Within Orchids build centre we can offer imaging of systems and provide complete management over these images. This includes the hardware the images run on, managing any upcoming component changes and quick delivery, ensuring that when your desktop or laptop arrives to site all the user is up and running in minutes.

Pro-active maintenance

Much of the work carried by Orchid under a support contract is done remotely often without the client knowing. It is in both the clients and Orchids benefit to prevent problems rather than fix them after an event.

Remote control access to all devices with Vision

Orchid will take control of the users systems remotely to fix the majority of issues logged with the service desk by using our Orchid Vision software.

Fluke testing

Part of looking after a network means ensuring the data cabling is working exactly as it should. There is no point having the fastest, most expensive systems if your data cabling isn't up to scratch. Using a state-of-the-art network Fluke tester, Orchid can give full reports on exactly where any problems may lie on the network.
