Why launch a mobile communications division?

We believe that there is much scepticism and uncertainty surrounding the operators within the mobile communications sector. Many of our own customers often comment on their providers giving them insufficient levels of customer care. At Orchid we consistently provide unrivalled service to our customers across our entire product offerings, whether it is our I.T Support, Data Cabling or Product Supply. We want to bring our philosophy of dedication to our customers needs to our new mobile communications division and also look at saving our clients money.

A bolt-on to our existing IT Support Service

We will be operating solely in the business to business sector and view this decision as a fluent bolt on service to our I.T Support service. Our helpdesk team already actively support Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Symbian devices so it seems a natural development for us to offer the service to connect, service and account manage your mobile devices too.

Extra support and peace of mind

To back this service up we now have some excellent software in place to allow us to remotely support your devices free of charge when you connect through Orchid. We can literally takeover your device when you are out and about as long as you can get a connection to the internet. Mobile communication devices are becoming more and more business critical and we will be able to offer you that extra support giving you more peace of mind and allowing you to concentrate on running your business.

And cash-back for you to spend on whatever you like!

When we connect phones to networks the mobile operators pay us commission based on the tariff we connect you on. Rather than keep this fund we aim to supply all of your devices and apply a credit to your Orchid account for you to spend on whatever you like. Orchid can supply you with a wide range of products which you can offset your credit against. We see this working in two ways, you get an extra benefit with no additional cost to you and we get your extra sales through you using the credit for our supplies.

Even if you are in a contract we are more than happy to offer you a bill review service free of charge. We will simply check that you are on the correct tariff and advise you of any savings that you can make.
