ORCHID GOES MOBILE WITH NEW COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - 3/6/2009

Marc Allen, Mobile Communications Manager

Pride Park-based Orchid IT has strengthened its new mobile communications division with the appointment of Marc Allen as head of mobile communications.

Marc joins Orchid from the Corporate Team and will head up the new division, which will offer customers in the business to business sector with a range of mobile IT support services.

Marc has a wealth of experience in the mobile communications field and in his new role, he will be responsible for handling a range of platforms including Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Symbian devices.

Commenting on Marc’s appointment, managing director Brett Critchley said:
