Successful first six months for Orchid’s Mobile Communications division A fluent bolt-on to our existing IT support service, it offers customers in the business to business sector with a range of mobile IT support services. Our helpdesk team actively supports Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Symbian devices and also connects, services and account manages your mobile devices too – enabling you to focus on running your business. Commenting on the success of the new division, managing director Brett Critchley said: “Mobile communications are now as essential to businesses as IT support itself, so it makes sense for our customers to be able to source both services under the same roof. “We also offer a bill review service to make sure that our customers aren’t paying more than they need to for their mobile devices, which is of particular significance in the current economic climate," added Brett.
