Orchid nominated for National IT awards - Sophos Parner Awards 2009 - 25/11/2009

Orchid IT, the Midlands’ leading supplier of IT support and services, has been recognised as a top performing UK business by IT security and control firm, Sophos.

Derby-based Orchid IT were nominated in two of the most coveted categories in the Sophos Partner Awards 2009, which recognise the achievements and commitment of top channel business partners over the previous year.

Orchid was nominated as UK Partner of the Year, whilst Darren Wagstaff, Sales Manager at Orchid was nominated for the Outstanding Individual Award at the glittering awards ceremony, which took place at the Bicester Country Club in Oxford in May of this year.

The awards ceremony rounded off a day of strategy talk, as well as an interactive panel, and provided Sophos with the opportunity to thank its channel partners for another successful year and recognise noteworthy achievement.
