Through our relationships Orchid has access to many forms of special bids and purchasing arrangements where clients such as some of our Schools are able to set up annual purchasing agreements to fit inline with budgets where they can call stock off as and when they chose where the prices and equipment remain the same. For example within the Private Healthcare sector it is vital that all of the desktops purchased within a financial year are exactly the same as images are produced and installed at Orchids head office and the time and cost of constantly changing images due to changing hardware cannot be justified.
